Center Overview
Health Awareness, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Dr. Ronald Surowitz and co-exists with his Family Practice Office in Jupiter, Florida. Our experienced staff includes our PI, local physician Sub-I's, Highly Experienced CRC's, dedicated recruiters and a site director. We have established lasting relationships with local specialists and medical facilities to coordinate almost any type of clinical trial. Our staff is committed to offering the highest quality and integrity in clinical trials in accordance with good clinical practice. We have repeatedly exceeded recruitment goals and continue to maintain relationships with all of the companies we have worked with. We would welcome a visit to our 4,300 square foot medical facility.

Facility Description
Located one mile from Jupiter Medical Center, our outpatient facility operates in a 4,300 square foot building. Health Awareness is 20 miles from Palm Beach International Airport and only 3 miles from I-95. We have 4 dedicated exam rooms, 2 coordinator offices, Locked drug storage, dedicated monitor space with access to the internet/wireless and a conference room.
